Object & Services
These terms govern the sale of online language courses (French, English, Luxembourgish, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese) offered on languages.etic.lu by ETIC, a trade name of Fiatlux International S.à r.l.
Service Nature
- 24/7 access to the Moodle learning platform.
- Video modules, interactive exercises, and grammar resources.
- Issuance of an officially approved certificate in Luxembourg (No. 10076336/12).
Pricing & Payment
The applicable price is the price including VAT shown on each course page at the time of order. One-time card payment.
Secure payments via Stripe. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
Digital content: by confirming the order, the customer expressly requests immediate access to the course, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal as soon as access is opened. No refund is possible once access has been opened.
Access Duration
Access is granted for 12 months from the date it is opened. Access is strictly personal.
