Object & Services
These terms govern the sale of online language courses (Luxembourgish and German) for CCDL preparation by ETIC Sàrl.
Service Nature
- 24/7 access to the Moodle learning platform.
- Video modules, interactive exercises, and grammar resources.
- Issuance of an officially approved certificate in Luxembourg (No. 10076336/12).
Pricing & Payment
1 Language (LU or DE)
499 € incl. VAT
One-time payment or 50 €/mo (12 installments)
2-Language Pack
899 € incl. VAT
One-time payment or 89.90 €/mo (12 installments)
Monthly plans require a 12-month commitment. After this period, subscriptions renew month-to-month.
Secure payments via Stripe. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
Digital Content: Once the course is accessed and a module is opened, the customer waives their right of withdrawal. No refunds are possible after content access.
Access Duration
Access is granted for 12 months for one-time payments, or for the duration of an active subscription.
